This necklace is so unique and beautiful!

This statement piece features a 1940s West German intaglio cameo, meaning it is reverse carved or molded from the backside, hand painted in gold & black from the backside with a smooth glass front.

The rectangular cameo features a nude woman laying in a bed of 2 roses with an anthromorphic spider with a woman's face in the top right corner. The background is a spiderweb and is so detailed!

I've created a unique setting to fit the cameo in a claw prong setting on a beautiful scrolled backing that it is mounted to.

The necklace hangs from a unique gold plated Victorian style book chain at 17" around, and includes a gold plated 3 1/2" paperclip chain extender at the back to wear at your desired length.
